How Sexy Love protects your account, order, and browsing information.

This website is operated by THE GRILLER SHOP AUS PTY LTD (ABN 62 669 450 060),
trading as Sexy Love. This policy explains what personal information we collect
when you use cheapxxxtoys.com.au, why we collect it, who it is shared with and
how you can get at it or have it corrected.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Discretion comes first
We sell adult products, and we understand that most people would rather that
stayed between them and us. So, plainly:
- Parcels go out in plain, unmarked packaging. Nothing on the outside says what
is inside or what kind of shop sent it. - We do not sell, rent or swap your details with anyone.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something. If we
ever offer a newsletter you will have to ask for it. - We do not publish customer names, reviews or photographs.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- your delivery address and, if different, your billing address
- your phone number, if you give us one
- what you ordered, when, and what you paid
When you contact us through the enquiry form or by email we collect your name,
your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
If you create an account we also keep your login details and your order
history, so you do not have to type your address in again.
Like nearly every website, our server records technical information when you
visit: your IP address, the type of browser and device you are using, the pages
you looked at and the time you were there. This is used to keep the site running
and secure.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your full card number. When you pay,
your card details go directly to our payment provider over an encrypted
connection. What comes back to us is a confirmation that the payment succeeded,
the card type and the last four digits, which is what appears on your order
record so you can identify the payment.
We do not collect information about your health, and we do not ask you why you
are buying something.
Why we collect it
To take your order, get it to you, answer you when you contact us, deal with
returns and faults, keep the accounting records that Australian tax law requires
of us, and protect the business against fraudulent orders. That is all.
Who we share it with
Only the people who have to see it to get your order to you:
- Our payment provider, to process your card payment. They
receive your card details and your billing information directly. - The delivery carrier, which is normally Australia Post. They
receive your name and delivery address so the parcel can be delivered. They are
not told what is in it. - Our web host, which stores the website and its database on
servers in Australia or overseas as part of providing that service.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, for example
to a court or to a government agency with the authority to demand it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers
or data brokers. We do not use it to target advertising to you.
Other services this website uses
Some parts of the website load content from other companies, which means those
companies can see your IP address when the page loads:
- Google Fonts, for the typefaces used on the site.
- Cloudflare, which delivers some of the scripts the site
uses. - Our payment provider’s scripts, on the cart and checkout
pages only, which are what make a secure card payment possible and which also
help detect fraud.
Our enquiry form is part of our own website. It does not send what you write
to any other company.
We do not currently run any advertising or website analytics tracking on this
site. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
Cookies
Cookies are small files your browser stores. This website uses them to:
- remember what is in your shopping cart as you move between pages
- keep you logged in, if you have an account
- remember your display preference, such as dark mode
- allow the payment step to work securely
The cart and login cookies are necessary. If you block them, the shop will not
work. You can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
How we appear to you
So there are no surprises:
- Order confirmations and replies come from our website address,
info@cheapxxxtoys.com.au. - The name that appears on your bank or card statement is set to be discreet
rather than descriptive. If you want to check exactly how it will read before you
order, email us and we will tell you.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as Australian tax law requires
us to keep them, which is currently five years from the date of the transaction.
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept only as long as we need them to
deal with the enquiry. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the
account.
Keeping it safe
The website runs over an encrypted connection (https). Access to customer
records is limited to the people who need it to run the business. Our systems are
kept up to date and backed up.
No website can promise perfect security. If there were ever a data breach
likely to cause you serious harm, we would tell you and notify the Office of the
Australian Information Commissioner, as the law requires.
Getting at your information, or having it corrected or deleted
Email info@cheapxxxtoys.com.au and ask. You can ask us:
- what personal information we hold about you
- to correct anything that is wrong
- to delete your account and your details
We will respond within 30 days. If we have to keep something, it will only be
the order and payment records we are legally required to retain, and we will tell
you if that is the case.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from
anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, email
info@cheapxxxtoys.com.au and tell us. We will look into it and come back to you.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can take the matter to the Office
of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and
change the date at the top.
