This policy applies to orders from cheapxxxtoys.com.au, operated by THE
GRILLER SHOP AUS PTY LTD (ABN 62 669 450 060) trading as Sexy Love.
Your rights under Australian law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure,
and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing on this page takes those rights away. The sections below explain how
we handle returns in practice, and what we are able to accept back given the
kind of products we sell.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered
Email us at info@cheapxxxtoys.com.au within 30 days of delivery. Please
include:
- your order number
- what is wrong, in your own words
- a photo, if the problem is something you can see
We will reply with what happens next. Depending on the problem you will be
offered a repair, a replacement or a refund, and where a return is needed we
will cover the return postage. You do not need to pay to send a faulty item
back to us.
If an item arrives damaged in transit, please tell us within 7 days of
delivery so we can take it up with the carrier, and please keep the packaging
until we have sorted it out.
Change of mind
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept a return of an intimate
product once its sealed packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
This is not a restriction we have invented. It is standard practice across adult
retail and it exists to protect every customer who orders from us.
If you change your mind about an item that is still sealed, unused
and in its original undamaged packaging, you may return it within 30
days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. To arrange this, email
info@cheapxxxtoys.com.au with your order number before sending anything back.
For a change of mind return:
- you pay the return postage
- the original delivery charge is not refunded
- we recommend a tracked service, because we can only refund what reaches us
- we refund within 5 business days of receiving the item back, to the card you
paid with
A change of mind return cannot be accepted where the seal is broken, the
packaging has been opened, or the item shows signs of use. If an opened item is
sent back to us we will contact you, and we can return it to you at your cost.
Items we cannot accept back once opened
Because they are intimate or consumable, these cannot be returned for change
of mind once opened or used:
- anything designed for internal or intimate use
- lubricants, oils, creams and other consumables
- lingerie, underwear and hosiery
- any item sold as sealed where the seal is broken
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty. A faulty product is
handled under the section above, opened or not.
Wrong item sent
If we have sent you the wrong item, that is our mistake and we fix it at our
cost. Email us and we will arrange the correct item and the return of the wrong
one.
Item not delivered
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with anyone
else at the address and with your local post office first, then email us. If a
parcel is genuinely lost in transit we will replace it or refund you.
Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel, email us as soon as you can. If the order has not yet
been dispatched we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once a parcel has been
lodged with the carrier we cannot recall it, and the change of mind rules above
will apply instead.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card used for the original purchase. We process them
within 5 business days of approving the return. How quickly the money appears is
then up to your bank, and is usually another 3 to 5 business days.
Discretion
Returns are handled the same way orders are. Nothing on the outside of any
correspondence or parcel identifies what you bought.
