terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean THE GRILLER SHOP AUS PTY LTD.
By placing an order on cheapxxxtoys.com.au you agree to the terms set out
below. Please read them before you buy.
1. You must be 18 or over
We sell adult products. You must be at least 18 years of age to buy from this
website. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over. We may cancel
any order where we have reason to believe this is not the case.

Contact page. We answer enquiries during Australian business hours.
3. Prices and GST
All prices on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD).
All prices shown include GST. The price you see on the product page is the
price you pay. Your tax invoice will show the GST included in the total.
We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you
have already placed and paid for. If a product is listed at an obviously
incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we will contact you
before processing the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.
4. Placing an order
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have
received it. That email confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract between us
is formed when we accept your order and send it.
We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do. The
usual reasons are that an item is out of stock, that we cannot deliver to your
address, that the order appears to be fraudulent, or that we have reason to
believe the buyer is under 18.
5. Stock availability
We hold limited stock of each item. If something you have ordered is
unavailable we will contact you and offer you the choice of waiting, swapping
for another item, or a full refund of that item.
6. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Card payments are processed
by our payment provider over a secure encrypted connection. We never see or
store your full card number.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. If a payment is declined,
your order will not be processed.
7. Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Australia. We do not ship overseas.
Delivery within our local area, which runs from Strathpine in the north to
Yatala in the south and out to Ipswich in the west, is free. Everywhere else in
Australia is a flat ten dollars per order, however many items you buy.
Delivery times depend on your location and on Australia Post. We aim to
dispatch orders within one to two business days. We will let you know if
anything is going to take longer.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you
gave us. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before you pay, as we
cannot redirect a parcel once it has been lodged.
8. Discreet packaging
Every order is sent in plain, unmarked packaging. There is nothing on the
outside of the parcel to indicate what is inside or what kind of shop it came
from.
9. Returns, faults and your rights under Australian law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure,
and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of
acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Our full returns policy, including

10. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, using information from our
suppliers. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Measurements are
approximate. Product packaging may change from time to time.
Our product descriptions are not medical advice. If you have a health
condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you,
please speak to a doctor or pharmacist. Follow the instructions supplied with
each product, and use body safe lubricant where the product calls for it.
11. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password
secure and for activity that happens under your login. Tell us straight away if
you think someone else has access to it.
12. Our website
The text, images and layout on this website belong to us or to our suppliers
and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
We try to keep the website available at all times, but we do not guarantee
uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw parts of the site without
notice.
13. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
14. If something goes wrong
Please email us at info@cheapxxxtoys.com.au before doing anything else. Most
problems are sorted out quickly and we would much rather hear from you than have
you unhappy. Tell us your order number and what has happened, and we will come
back to you.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and by the
Australian Consumer Law.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your
order is the version published on this page when you placed it. The date at the
top of this page shows when it was last changed.
